• Managing, building up and expanding your own customer portfolio as well as further developing the network of relationships
• Professional and needs-based advice on our products and services
• Acquisition of new customers, participation in customer events including network maintenance

• Completed banking training or equivalent education
• Further training in banking or finance is an advantage
• Sound and several years of experience in mortgage and investment advice
• Open, independent, engaging and team-oriented personality with good communication skills
• Persuasiveness and assertiveness
• High social competence in dealing with customers
