About the job
As a Clerk for Invoicing & Internal Services, you take on a central role within our internal processes. You support the Commercial Management in organizational and administrative matters – from process optimization to exciting development projects. You enjoy making things happen, think along, get involved, and contribute with clear expression and analytical intuition.
In the invoicing area, you are responsible for the independent handling of all billing processes and gradually take over the overall operational responsibility. You also help to further digitize and optimize our processes.
In accounting, you are responsible for creditor postings, payment runs, debtor management, and dunning. You support monthly and annual closings as well as VAT accounting.
In the CRM area, you ensure well-maintained and up-to-date customer data (Vertec) and collaborate on the further development of our systems.
During vacation absences (approx. 6 weeks per year), you take over the deputy role at reception and internal services – from telephone service to digital mail intake to deadline monitoring.
