To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable person for our real estate accounting.

Your tasks

• Independent management of the accounting for rental properties, condominium owners' associations (STWEG) and co-owners' associations (MEG)
• Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Management of dunning and debt collection
• Close cooperation with property management and participation in the optimisation of internal processes

Your profile

• Commercial training and several years of experience in real estate accounting
• Good knowledge of common property management software as well as MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, team spirit and enjoyment of numbers
