Head of Finance and Accounting 80-100% (a)

In this versatile key position, you will assume overall financial responsibility for several group companies and advise executives and management as a competent sparring partner in financial and business management matters. You combine strategic thinking with operational proximity, create transparent decision-making bases and develop the finance organisation forward-looking together with your team.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the finance and accounting as well as controlling of the corporate group with eight companies including financial statements, budgeting, liquidity planning with financing and management reporting
• Responsibility for operational controlling in the areas of reporting, invoicing and payroll administration
• Financial support of projects including project controlling, contract management and systematic opportunity and risk assessment
• Leadership and further development of the finance team as well as ensuring efficient and future-oriented financial processes
• Co-design and implementation of the digitalisation strategy including the further development of ERP systems, data integration and the internal control system
• Competent representation of the corporate group towards banks, auditors, authorities, insurance companies and other external partners

Your profile

• Business administration training with a focus on finance and controlling (professional certificate, FH/HF or university) as well as several years of leadership and professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in a dynamic SME in the construction or electrical industry
• Proven expertise in accounting according to Swiss Code of Obligations as well as pronounced analytical skills
• Sound Abacus user knowledge
• Assertive and solution-oriented personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality, high initiative, team spirit as well as confident German in spoken and written form
