Your area of responsibility

Leadership and further development of production with approx. 120 production employees

Coordination and monitoring of production processes in the area of responsibility

Training, coaching, and promotion of new and existing employees

Development and implementation of innovative ideas for cost optimization and quality improvement

Continuous development and optimization of production and process workflows

Ensuring the quality requirements of Elis (Suisse) AG and integration into the Elis structures

Monitoring compliance with production standards regarding quantity and quality

Ensuring efficient operational processes in the production facility

Administrative tasks in the production area including recording and evaluation of key figures, especially with MS Office and ERP systems

Member of the site management team

Close coordination of production goals and strategies with corporate management

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the technical or commercial field, ideally with further training in production

Several years of experience in a leadership position in a production environment, preferably in textile care or a similar field

Sound knowledge in coordinating and optimizing production processes and team leadership (e.g., Six Sigma qualification)

Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems

Hands-on mentality as well as a proactive and solution-oriented working style

Strong quality awareness and affinity for process optimization

Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and organizational talent
