SENIOR ELECTRONICS ENGINEER 80 - 100 % (M/F/D)

For our global headquarters in Pfäffikon/SZ, we are looking for an experienced electrical engineer to strengthen our development team. In this role, you will take responsibility for the development, optimization, and validation of electronic circuits and systems and accompany the entire product lifecycle – from the idea and prototypes to series production and continuous improvement. You will work in an interdisciplinary project team with application specialists and other experts. With the product knowledge you acquire, you will make a significant contribution to the implementation of innovative new products of the Condair Group.
YOUR TASKS
- Design and development of electronic circuits and assemblies (analog/digital), including creation of circuit diagrams, review of PCB layouts, and selection of suitable components
- Construction, testing, and validation of prototypes including troubleshooting and optimization
- Close collaboration with software, mechanics, and other teams
- Preparation and documentation of requirements, specifications, and test results
- Responsibility for coordinating system conception and development as well as defining work packages and estimating effort within the project framework
- Mentoring team members and co-designing the electronics architecture
- Technical support for existing products as well as feasibility studies and risk assessments of new projects
- Participation in building and maintaining knowledge management within electronics
WHAT YOU BRING
- Degree in electrical engineering or a related field (ETH/University/FH)
- Several years of professional experience in electronics development (analog and digital), ideally in an industrial environment
- Solid knowledge in circuit design (e.g., using Altium Designer), PCB layout, and measurement technology
- Structured, solution-oriented, and passionate about new technologies
- Experience with standards and certifications (e.g., EMC, CE, UL, VDW) is an advantage
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
- Very good communication skills in German and English
