At the headquarters in Wil, you work at the heart of our organization. You work closely with the teams in our branches and colleagues at the headquarters.

Your tasks

• Development, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive training and continuing education strategy in line with corporate goals
• Management and further development of apprenticeship training in all branches
• Design and implementation of training programs (e.g., ADR/CZV courses, disposal seminar, leadership development, onboarding)
• Introduction of modern learning methods (e.g., e-learning) and development of a competency matrix
• Consultation and support of managers in talent promotion and development
• Selection and coordination of external training providers
• Ensuring compliance with legal training and continuing education standards
• Planning and organization of apprentice days, fairs, and employer branding measures in the training area
• Representation of the company in training committees and networks
• Professional leadership and further development of trainers as well as directly assigned employees

What you bring

• Completed vocational training or degree in pedagogy, personnel development, or a related field
• Further education in adult education (e.g., SVEB certificate)
• Several years of experience in training and continuing education, ideally in the transport/logistics environment
• Knowledge of modern training technologies and methods
• Good knowledge of legal frameworks in apprenticeship training
• Strong communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, and high problem-solving competence
• Organizational strength and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Language skills: German mandatory, French and Italian advantageous
• Willingness to occasionally work on Saturdays
