Automation Technician (Machine Tools)
Tasks
- You take over the commissioning of profile machining centers and other machine tools
- You conduct user training for hardware and software at the customer’s site
- You are responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of the machines on site at the customer
- You perform installations and updates of the machine software
- Support customers by phone or remote maintenance
- With about 70% travel activity, mainly day assignments in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, you are on site with the customers
Requirements
- You have training as an automation technician or polymechanic with electrical knowledge
- You bring very good knowledge of English or Italian
- You enjoy independently solving problems at the customer’s site
