Specialist Caregiver/Health - Social Pedagogue HF 60 - 90%

In the residential area, we are looking for team-oriented, solution-focused, and resilient personalities.

What are your tasks?

• Agogical and nursing care of 18 residents
• Key person work for several residents
• Management of care and nursing documentation
• Planning and execution of household tasks and leisure activities
• Support and assistance with various daily activities

What do we expect from you?

• Completed training as a specialist caregiver/health or in social pedagogy
• Resilience, initiative, empathy, and self-reflection
• Support of residents towards the greatest possible autonomy and participation
• Communication, conflict, and cooperation skills
• Enjoyment in working with residents with different impairments, individual support needs, and different ages
• Driver's license B (if possible)
