Your tasks

• Leadership and further development of our internal sales team
• Ensuring efficient and prioritized handling of all customer inquiries
• Optimization and compliance with processes – always thinking one step ahead
• Active participation in daily operations, including direct customer contact
• Review of customer terms and conditions (GTC) including risk assessment
• Coordination of special requests and support for new platforms and processes
• Support of the field sales team in administrative and organizational matters
• Telephone-based customer consulting and acquisition
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations as well as order processing
• Development and maintenance of price lists
• Independent pricing within a defined framework
• Processing of orders via online platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
• Preparation of delivery notes and invoices
• Monitoring of deadlines and delivery schedules
• Handling and coordination of customer complaints
• Master data maintenance, including import/export information

Your expertise

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, supplemented by job-specific further education at HF level or a federal professional certificate
• Several years of experience in internal sales, including leadership experience
• Strong understanding of processes and their optimization
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and digital platforms
• Very good German skills, good English skills, and additional languages are an advantage
