Emergencies
Vista Alpina patients: are always accepted during office hours by prior telephone appointment.
New patients: The Vista Alpina Eye Clinic reserves emergency slots daily for referring general practitioners. We always try to accept emergencies whenever possible. In case the demand exceeds the available emergency slots, we refer to the on-call Valais emergency ophthalmologist.
Telephone availability
For all patients: The Vista Alpina Eye Clinic is available for patients from Monday to Friday during regular office hours until 5:30 PM at T. 027 946 70 00 (Visp) and T. 027 455 34 04 (Siders). In urgent emergencies, we are generally available from Monday to Thursday until 7:30 PM and on Saturday until 12:00 PM at T. 027 946 70 18 (Visp) and T. 027 455 34 21 (Siders).
