Your Tasks
- Further development and monitoring of the quality management system according to DIN EN ISO
- Constant assurance of structure, process, and result quality
- Ensuring and implementing the requirements of the WTG authority
- Identifying and assessing risks as well as developing measures to avoid them
- Regular review of care quality and documentation through internal and support of external audits
- Regular review, further development, and optimization of documentation and maintenance of the QM manual as well as conceptual work
- Supporting the consulting nursing specialist in implementing care standards and care optimization processes
- Implementation and conducting of regular training sessions
- Participation in quality circles / committees
Your Profile
- Training or further education in quality management; professional experience in healthcare is also desirable
- Knowledge of the DIN EN ISO standard group
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
