About the job
Mandate Manager
80% - 100%
Workplace: Basel
Company: Headquarters
You bring experience. You have conviction. And you want to make a difference.
You know what makes gastronomy successful and that sustainable success arises where people enjoy working, guests feel well cared for, and economic thinking meets good collaboration. At ZFV, you take responsibility for our gastronomy mandates in the Basel area and shape their further development with foresight, heart, and entrepreneurial instinct.
Are you our new team member who will support us as Mandate Manager (80 - 100 %) from 01.02.2027?
Our task menu
- Develop gastronomy mandates economically, identify potential and unlock new opportunities.
- Maintain trusting relationships with our clients and strengthen collaboration in the long term.
- Keep an eye on budgets and key figures, assess developments and derive effective measures.
- Support management personnel, promote employees and assist teams in being successful together.
- Translate the ZFV strategy into concrete goals and actively drive implementation with the companies.
- Strengthen collaboration between companies and specialist departments, utilise synergies and sensibly further develop processes.
- Shape changes and projects, for example in the areas of digitalisation and sustainability, together with those involved.
Your recipe for success
- Several years of leadership experience in gastronomy and enjoyment in taking responsibility for several companies or outlets.
- Sound knowledge of communal or system gastronomy and a good sense of customer needs and economic contexts.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills and the ability to turn ideas into concrete results.
- Appreciative, clear communication and enjoyment in empowering people and bringing different perspectives together.
- Courage to initiate changes, try new paths and act solution-oriented even in demanding situations.
- Good IT skills, especially in MS Office.
- Fluent German skills; French or English skills are a plus.
Employer: ZFV operates in various business fields and around 220 meeting places throughout Switzerland.
