Your area of responsibility

Positioning, development, and responsibility for market processing in the assigned agency area
Sales of Swiss Life products in the private and corporate segment (SMEs)
Responsibility for the care and expansion of the existing customer base
Promotion and assurance of cooperation with official partners
Representation of Swiss Life in the agency area
Recruitment and support of customer-oriented field staff
Coaching and support of employees in consulting and sales
Building and maintaining a contact network

Your strengths

Several years of professional experience as a manager combined with good knowledge of the pension sector and good networking in the agency area
Proven sales success with above-average market results
In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales
Strong customer and front orientation
