- 🧰 You are responsible for operating and monitoring the packaging and production machines assigned to you.
- 💪🏻 You professionally lead the team members assigned to you on the line and ensure smooth production processes.
- 🧐 You regularly check product quality and reliably adhere to our quality and hygiene standards, so our customers always have the tastiest product in Switzerland available.
- 📝 You regularly and correctly complete the production reports.
- 🔐 You always keep an eye on the production schedule and correctly settle the production orders.
What you bring with you
- 🎓 You have a basic EFZ education in the food sector (cook, butcher, or in food or dairy technology)
- 🛠️ You have a strong technical flair for machines as well as excellent hygiene awareness.
- 📝 You already have initial knowledge in system application with SAP.
- 🚣 You are flexible, mobile, and willing to work in shifts (2-shift system).
- 🛠️ You have very good oral and written German skills (at least B2).
