These tasks await you
The Global Fund Registration department is responsible, among other things, for the legal representation of foreign collective investment schemes vis-à-vis FINMA as well as ETFs vis-à-vis SIX.
On the job, you will contribute your experience in the following areas and gradually take on more responsibility:
- Maintaining mandates of existing clients
- Maintaining internal control and filing systems
- Preparation of applications for supervisory authorities
- Support in compliance with publication obligations
- Cooperation with internal departments
- Deadline management
What you should bring
- Completed university degree (Uni/FH) in economics or law
- Knowledge of the fund sector is advantageous
- You are a reliable and responsible team player with a careful, precise working style
- Customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
- You have native-level German skills and business fluent English skills
