Your tasks
- Ensure the daily opening and closing of buildings
- Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, windows, green spaces, small repair work, etc.)
- Monitor interventions by external companies for technical maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all
- Ensure the proper upkeep of common areas
- Work on Saturdays as needed by the site
- Work closely with your Facility Management supervisor
Your profile
- 2 years of experience in a similar, manual, and versatile position, with good skills for small technical repairs.
- Good knowledge of cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Comfortable with IT and digital tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, smartphone – Planon/LeviY is a plus).
- Proficient in spoken and written French.
- Driving license B and vehicle essential.
- Preferably residing in the Fribourg region.
- Irreproachable and reliable person (criminal record extract and debt collection office certificate required).
