Depot Mechanic
The overhead line construction division is the construction company of Furrer + Frey and, with a team of around 130 employees, is responsible for the planning, supervision, and assembly of various projects.
Our depot is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of our machine fleet. We are looking for a
Tasks
- Maintenance and repair work on our machine fleet consisting of rail and two-way vehicles with Palfinger cranes and lifting platforms in our workshop
- Repair assignments at our construction sites
- Troubleshooting including on-call service
- Modifications and conversions of machines
- Construction work of assembly aids
Requirements
- Construction machinery, truck, agricultural machinery mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, or similar training
- Solid knowledge in electrical/electronics (12-24V DC), diesel engines, and hydraulics
- Team player, independent working style, and high willingness to learn
- Very good German skills
- Driving license B, advantage C
