Home Assistance is a care, help and home services organization (OSAD) accredited by the General Directorate of Health (DGS) and offering recognized care services covered by health insurance funds.

Our specialty is to establish a personalized relationship with our clients by offering home care involving a limited number of caregivers and respecting their lifestyle and the agreed visit schedule.

Your mission consists of…

Providing care and adapted support to patients of all ages living in Lausanne and surroundings, in close collaboration with the close caregiver or their family.
Favoring a holistic approach to the person by listening to the patient’s needs and being attentive to their emotional comfort.
Showing tolerance, patience, and availability.
Collecting and transmitting observations related to situations.

Your profile includes the following assets

CFC diploma as community health and care assistant (ASSC).
Motivated by home care.
Knowledge and experience in the field of home care.
Experience with seniors desired.
Good level of French.
Holder of a driving license.
Calm, patient, smiling, attentive.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational skills, including the ability to manage your time and priorities.
Swiss nationality or valid work permit.
Flexibility in working hours.
Ability to handle difficult and repetitive emotional situations, react quickly with calm and self-control.
