Job description
Amaris is currently recruiting a Release Manager to join its teams located in Geneva, Switzerland.
You will play a key role in the structured and overall management of releases for all SaaS and Cloud applications. You will be responsible for coordinating between business needs and technical requirements to secure and optimize delivery cycles.
🔥 Your responsibilities:
- Manage all releases, including version updates, migrations, and application transformations on SaaS and Cloud environments
- Analyze the project portfolio to anticipate release needs
- Develop and maintain a clear and structured release roadmap
- Identify and formalize release cycles adapted to each project type
- Ensure alignment between business challenges and technical constraints
- Work closely with Business and Technical teams
- Prepare and coordinate CAB meetings in connection with the Change Manager
- Implement indicators to improve predictability and reduce risks related to releases
- Support delivery acceleration by ensuring reliability and continuity of deployments
🎯 Your profile:
- Proven experience in release management in SaaS and Cloud environments
- Mastery of version control and deployment tools
- Experience in developing roadmaps and coordinating release cycles
- Strong skills in project portfolio analysis
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent English. French is a plus.
- Higher education in IT, project management, or related field
- You demonstrate great reliability and a keen sense of organization
- You show excellent communication and leadership skills
- You can anticipate risks and propose solutions to secure deliveries
