Project Manager in the Social Field
- SIEN198
- The SIEN is responsible for the IT of the State and its partners (municipalities, schools, health, social and parapublic sector). It defines the IT strategy with its partners, studies the needs, proposes overall IT concepts, and provides a range of services for all public communities in Neuchâtel.
- As a project manager, you collect and evaluate the needs of clients in the social field. Based on these elements, you design robust solutions by analyzing needs, developing appropriate responses, defining architecture and interfaces, and drafting specifications. You take charge of solution development in a defined environment and, in collaboration with users, ensure testing and validation phases. Finally, you guarantee maintenance and support the evolution of existing IT solutions.
- Holder of a HES diploma or equivalent in computer science, you have proven experience in project management and master agile methodologies, MS SQL Server and Oracle databases, as well as the .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Good skills in modeling, web development (Blazor, Angular or equivalent), and software testing are also among your assets. Finally, you demonstrate good communication skills, team spirit, and initiative.
