As a coach and leader, you support your team members in their development and help them unlock their full potential. You strengthen existing competencies, address development areas constructively, and create opportunities for continuous learning. Together with product managers, product owners, and organizational developers, you ensure the right interplay of skills and effective collaboration within IT.
Specific areas of responsibility include, among others:
- Translation of corporate strategy into clear team and individual goals as well asaccompaniment of processes for implementing strategic initiatives.
- Design and anchoring of cultural values, leadership principles, andforms of cooperation that promote organizational resilience and transformation.
- Conducting regular development and career discussions to recognize strengths,address growth areas, and support employees through change phases.
- Promotion of long-term talent development that builds on strategic skills and aculture of continuous learning.
- Responsibility for recruitment, compensation, promotions, evaluations, workload, andon-/offboarding in close collaboration with HR.
- Full responsibility for personnel costs as well as learning and development budgets.
- Promotion of motivation, cohesion, and psychological safety in the team – as astabilizing contact person in times of change and as a supporter in thefurther development of leadership roles.
- Leadership and networking of teams across departments and regions tostrengthen matrix-based, agile collaboration and connect organizational levels.

Your professional qualifications:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in disciplinary team leadership, ideally in organizations with separate functional and personnel leadership
- A university or technical college degree in (business) informatics, business administration, psychology, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven competence in coaching, mentoring, mediation, and other leadership and development methods
- Experience in personnel strategy, resource, and skill management
- Knowledge of current IT process standards and trends (e.g., DevOps, AI, IT service, management, cloud, cybersecurity, operational resilience)
- Practical experience in agile frameworks such as Lean, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, especially talent development and acquisition
- Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
