Tasks/Responsibilities
What to expect:
- Corrective fault detection/fixing and preventive maintenance of production equipment according to maintenance plan
- Carrying out repairs, overhauls and commissioning as well as documenting the work in SAP PM
- Planning, managing, implementing and commissioning automation projects; preparing and coordinating specifications
- Support of drive systems (frequency converters, inverters, motors) as well as assistance in the measurement and control technology (MSR) area
- Support, development and adaptation of software solutions and visualization systems; creation and correction of documentation
- Instruction and training of plant operators
- Improvement of economic efficiency taking into account cost, quality, environmental and safety requirements
Skills
What you bring:
- Technician HF or FH specializing in automation / electrical engineering or completed training in a recognized electrical profession with corresponding further training
- Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens S7, TIA Portal) as well as safety PLCs (e.g. Pilz PSS3000 / PSS4000)
- Experience with visualization systems (Siemens WinCC), CAD software as well as drive systems (AC/DC, digital and analog; e.g. Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, GE)
- Good knowledge of measurement, control and regulation technology (MSR), measuring and testing as well as electrical regulations, standards and installation techniques in the low voltage area
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance / automation with knowledge of low and medium voltage systems, PLC and MSR
- German spoken and written (native language), good English skills
- Very good MS Office and general PC skills
- Physically fully fit and resilient (heat, dust, noise), not afraid of heights
- Willingness to work outside regular hours, for multiple shifts during overhauls and emergencies as well as to participate in on-call duty
- Team player, reliable, independent and responsible working style as well as high awareness of occupational safety and quality
