Your Tasks
- Casting various types of rubber on engine assemblies
- Preparing the components (sandblasting, cleaning, priming, oven processes)
- Independent and timely execution as well as control of work orders
- Adhering to high quality requirements and operational standards
- Supporting a smooth process in the engine disassembly line
- Regularly checking material inventory and participating in 5S and continuous improvement
- Complying with safety, quality, and environmental regulations as well as working economically

- Technical understanding and material knowledge
- Independent and responsible working style
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Open-minded, committed personality and team player
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Basic computer skills
- English skills in spoken and written form (level A2)
