Class and annual salary (including 13th month):

Tasks:
- scientific and organizational management of teachers and operators who make up the regional group of the Pedagogical Support Service
- diagnostic collaboration, supervision and monitoring of the psychopedagogical and didactic work carried out by pedagogical support teachers and other operators
- organization of continuous training moments for members of the pedagogical support service
- regular collaboration with school management
- management of relations between the regional group and external services
- management of relations with families, bodies and external services
- participation in the work of the SSP team leaders' board
Requirements:
- bachelor's and master's degree in the field of educational sciences or psychology
- good organizational, relational skills, flexibility, availability for contacts and teamwork
- in-depth knowledge of the Ticino and Swiss educational system, particularly secondary school
- initiative, autonomy, decision-making skills and a high sense of responsibility
- ability to handle significant workloads
- excellent knowledge of Italian and knowledge (conversation and writing) of a second official language

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
