Department of Construction and Environment
The department's area of responsibility is broad. Our specialists are
responsible for spatial development, they carry out civil engineering projects,
they assess building applications, they take care of environmental issues such as soil and
water protection, noise and waste, as well as the organization of hunting and fishing
in the canton.
The department secretariat in the Department of Construction and Environment is looking for a lawyer or spatial development specialist at 40% FTE to strengthen our team in the legal service or spatial development, starting March 1, 2026
or by arrangement.
Your tasks in the legal service
- Preparation of legal remedy decisions
- Advice to offices and specialist departments on legal matters
- Participation in legislation and other demanding projects of the canton
Your tasks in spatial development
- Further development of the cantonal structure plan and coordination of structure plan procedures
- Review of municipal land use plans
Your profile
- Completed law degree (Master or Licentiate) and/or
- Completed degree in spatial development (Master)
- Professional experience, ideally in a public administration
- Good verbal expression
- Independent and resilient
