Your profile
- You have completed vocational training
- Professional experience in securities logistics or warehouse logistics is an advantage
- You have an independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Teamwork skills and discretion
- You have a high service and customer orientation
- You are willing to actively participate in a dynamic and complex environment
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are flexible and willing to work in a 24-hour operation including on-call duty and in enclosed spaces
- You are resilient and physically able to lift loads up to 25kg
- A spotless record (no entries in criminal and debt registers, no ongoing proceedings) is a mandatory requirement for this position
- Your CV is documented without gaps for at least the last 10 years
Your tasks
- Prompt acceptance of all incoming shipments
- Checking the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of shipments
- Recording and allocation of incoming shipments
- Storing warehouse shipments
- Preparing customer orders and allocation according to the tour plan
- Preparing and providing consumables and empties
- Correct handover of shipments
- Processing special shipments
- Communication with various internal departments
- Handling the inventories of various internal departments
- Assisting with inventory
