We are looking for a
Area Manager / Service Area Manager (m/f/d) 100%
Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for leading all Junior and Cafe Managers at 2 different locations (8 team leads)
- Recruitment, training and development of all employees in the entire Front of House department are among your main tasks
- You act as a role model as a host and ensure first-class service that creates an outstanding user experience in all areas
- You work closely with the two General Managers to ensure optimal planning and organization of daily business
- You share responsibility for budget compliance as well as ordering
- Planning, coordination and organization of special events in cooperation with the catering department
- Compliance with and monitoring of occupational safety, hygiene and quality standards
Your profile
- 5 - 7 years of professional experience, including 1 - 3 years in a managerial or equivalent position
- You are an organizational talent and already have experience leading various outlets
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage
- Solid IT skills, ideally experience with G Suite and SAP/IUS
- Distinct hosting qualities and a winning, well-groomed appearance complement your profile
- You have an independent and responsible way of working
- You enjoy direct customer contact as well as working in a team
