Your tasks
- You and your team plant, maintain, and care for the approximately 700 contract graves in the urban cemeteries of Lucerne (main workplace Friedhof Friedental).
- You create seasonal or permanent plantings on graves and flower beds.
- You are jointly responsible for the proper care and execution of contracts on the contract graves.
- You ensure a customer-oriented, compliant, and respectful interaction with the relatives of the various faith communities.
- You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the graves and accompany the relatives during funerals or burials.
- You have a regulated 42-hour week.
Your profile
- You have a basic gardening education EFZ in the field of ornamental or perennial gardening.
- You bring several years of experience in gardening maintenance.
- You work responsibly and resource-conservatively.
- You possess a driver's license of category B, trailer test preferred but not mandatory.
- You are mentally and physically resilient, empathetic, and reliable.
