The Park Retirement Center is located in the middle of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is embedded in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. Together with our approximately 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home.
These are your tasks:
- Learning professional care and support of our residents, such as planning the entire care process, advising on health and illness, and collaborating in interprofessional teams.
- Involving relatives in care and support
- Performing organizational and medical-technical tasks

What you bring with you:
- Successful completion of secondary level II (e.g., federal vocational certificate EFZ, a secondary school, or an equivalent education).
- Successful admission procedure (usually conducted by the vocational school for health and social affairs in Weinfelden)
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people and good communication skills
- Ability to learn and a respectful as well as appreciative basic attitude
- Good observation skills and good manners
- Physical and mental resilience
