Your place of work

Home-based and on-site at customers in the Mittelland region. Ideally, your place of residence is in the Basel-Solothurn-Lucerne area.

Your tasks

You ensure the technical customer service for stationary gas warning systems (commissioning, maintenance and repairs), support in consulting and selling maintenance contracts, and ensure correct information about the installed base and documentation of any deviations.

Your strengths

You have completed training as an electrical installer or a comparable basic electrical engineering education, possess knowledge of measurement and control technology as well as several years of experience in field service. Ideally, you have already worked in the gas measurement sector. You are a person with a high sense of quality and responsibility, accuracy, and good work organisation. You appreciate being part of a motivated team while working very independently. You are a proficient PC user (MS Office and Outlook) and have very good German skills. Knowledge of English, Italian and/or French is an advantage. A category B driving licence and willingness for special assignments (e.g. on-call duty) are required.
