Tasks
- Conducting regular coaching conversations as a contact person
- Coaching participants in implementing the application strategy, active job search, mediation of contacts for work trials and internships
- Briefing and debriefing in specific application situations
- Conducting target agreement discussions and evaluating target achievements
- Reporting and writing final reports
- Collaborating in quality development and assurance
- Participating in, shaping, or leading meetings and internal training sessions
Requirements
- You have experience in conducting individual conversations and advanced training in coaching and/or counseling
- You have experience in supporting job-seeking individuals
- You know the regional labor market and are well informed about current economic developments
- You are innovative, flexible, humorous, with a positive attitude towards life and a nuanced worldview
- You communicate appropriately to the situation and are interested in continuously developing your communication skills
- You are motivated to actively shape civil society
