The professional guardianship is responsible for managing official measures in adult protection law as well as for personal assistance according to the Social Assistance Act (excluding economic social assistance). Your Tasks

Advising and representing clients in personal, financial, administrative, and legal matters

Building sustainable relationships with clients including their environment

Cooperation with other specialist agencies

Writing reports and applications for the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB)

Working in tandem with a commercial employee in accounting and administrative areas

Your Profile

Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or Law, ideally complemented by CAS Child and Adult Protection Law

Solid professional experience in social work

Experience in difficult counseling situations and case management is an advantage

Knowledge of social insurance law

Responsible handling of a wide scope of action
