For our dedicated team at the recreational facilities, we are looking for two motivated individuals as of January 1, 2026, or by arrangement:
Workshop and Studio Staff each 20-70% (Total 90%)
Your tasks
- Collaboration in the open studios and workshops – focusing on design mediation in wood, ceramics, and various other materials
- Co-creation of a varied program for different target groups
- Guidance and support of users in their creative projects
- Organization of meeting offers to promote exchange and community
- Collaboration in the organization and coordination of course offerings and events
- Administrative tasks
- Participation in projects and occasional assignments at events of the recreational facilities
What you bring
- Experience in the socio-cultural and educational field, ideally with children and adults
- Training or further education in the craft and/or design-educational field, or willingness to pursue further education accordingly
- Solid know-how in working with wood and/or ceramics is a plus
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and solution-oriented thinking
- Independent and responsible working style
- Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness for occasional evening or Saturday assignments
