Medical Practice Assistant 60-100%

Your Tasks

Responsible for smooth practice operations
Administrative tasks such as billing, appointment scheduling, documentation, etc.
Blood draws, urine analyses, instillations
Preparation of all urological examinations
Consultation assistance, assistance with surgical procedures
You will also take on various tasks in the secretarial area – including telephone and reception service, handling emails, administrative activities, and contributing to reporting

Your Profile

Completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ or health professional EFZ
Professional experience as an MPA
Friendly, reliable, and competent personality characterized by high resilience and great motivation
Enjoyment of active patient contact
Well-groomed appearance
Good MS Office user skills
Experience with the Vitodata operating system is an advantage (not mandatory)
