- Operational responsibility for all assembly processes of your group.
- Active participation in the final assembly of various components.
- Creation of individually tailored aids for participation in the work process and quality assurance.
- Accompanying and supporting employees in their personal goals for internal or external integration.
- Co-designing a respectful, resource-oriented work culture according to our educational attitude.
- Basic craft training with ideally completed further training as a work educator.
- Experience working with people with support needs.
- Teamwork skills, flexibility as well as mental and physical resilience.
- Structured, solution- and resource-oriented way of working.
- Good MS Office user skills.
