Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Your mission – if you choose to accept it

• Everything under control: You take overall responsibility for finance, controlling, risk management, and compliance – in short: you are the financial backbone of the company
• Strategy with style: You develop and manage the financial strategy – profitability, liquidity, and value creation are always sharply in your view
• Cash is King: Cash flow, tax planning, and investment controlling you handle with ease (right hand is needed for high-fives)
• Time is Queen: Routine with finesse: Budget, forecast, monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP are second nature to you – and you prefer to calculate with success rather than problems. Always on time
• Risk matters: You always keep the most relevant risks in view and are our positively critical conscience
• KPIs & Dashboards: You build a reporting system that even makes Excel shine with joy
• Teamplay with insight: You work closely with management, operations, IT, and HR – and also bring your punchlines where they fit

What you bring – besides your humor

• Degree in finance/accounting/controlling – MBA/university is like cream on the cappuccino
• Several years of leadership experience – ideally in an SME or tech/telecom environment
• Solid knowledge in financial planning, reporting (Swiss GAAP)
• Analytical mind, pragmatic streak, entrepreneurial spirit – you also go the extra mile (but please not every day)
• Experience with digitalization projects, ERP, BI, automation – buzzwords you really master
• Communication talent with leadership strength and team spirit – you don’t just make numbers shine
• Negotiation skills – whether with banks, investors, or stakeholders
