• You accompany our patients in individual conversations and in the daily routine of the ward in their recovery process and support them by conveying hope and confidence.
• You are integrated into the treatment team of the ward and bring your perspective as a person affected into reports and meetings with the treatment team.

• You have completed an IN-EX peer training, are capable of reflection, and maintain an open and transparent approach to your own illness.
• You bring personal experience in one of the treatment areas (possible wards: psychotherapy, addiction, or admission).
• Thanks to your independent and responsible working style as well as your social skills, you quickly integrate into the team.
• Good IT skills make administrative tasks easier for you.

You will receive a verbal acceptance from us by phone if we decide on you after the second interview and ask you if you are still convinced by us. If we agree, we will prepare your contract.

In the following days, we will send you the contract in duplicate by post. With the contract, you will also receive relevant information about your employment.

Between accepting the position and the first working day, you as a new employee can already access relevant internal information. This way, you can get a differentiated picture of the company and prepare for the job.

On the first day, you will have an onboarding in your new team and with other colleagues. You will set up your new workplace and get an overview of your upcoming tasks. You will also receive your individual introduction plan, which will help you find your way around quickly.
