- You accompany our patients in individual conversations and in the daily routine of the ward in their recovery process and support them by conveying hope and confidence.
- You are integrated into the treatment team of the ward and bring your perspective as a person affected into reports and meetings with the treatment team.
- You have completed an IN-EX peer training, are capable of reflection, and maintain an open and transparent approach to your own illness.
- You bring personal experience in one of the treatment areas (possible wards: psychotherapy, addiction, or admission).
