Construction Foreman / Site Manager (Building Construction)

This is what needs to be done

Preparation of the construction site: provide plans, establish safety precautions, and mark work areas
Independent site management and supervision
Task distribution as well as support and leadership of the site personnel
Economic deployment planning and organization of materials, machines, and equipment
Execution of all master builder work in building construction (new construction, renovation, and restoration): erecting masonry from brick and natural stone, performing concrete and formwork work, installing steel bars, applying insulation and plastering, assembling prefabricated elements, excavating trenches, laying pipes and lines, demolition work, and listed buildings
Support in the training of our apprentices
Ensuring timely, high-quality construction execution and enforcement of safety measures

These are your skills and strengths

A completed vocational training as a bricklayer EFZ
Further training to become a certified construction foreman and/or certified site manager or on the way to it
Organizational skills, independence, and enjoyment of team leadership
A responsible, team-oriented, and robust personality
Driving license category B, ideally also BE
