This is the job - Your main tasks
Analysis of business development and identification of improvement potentials in collaboration with our industries
Independent management and implementation of finance and controlling projects in Switzerland (e.g., integration of new companies, introduction of ERP/planning tools)
Preparation of scenario analyses and execution of ad-hoc evaluations to support strategic decisions
Close collaboration and coordination with accounting, post-merger integration office, group controlling, and other interfaces
Support with monthly closings, budget, and forecast processes
This job is for you if
You have a university degree (FH/Uni, ideally business administration/economics/finance/controlling) or a comparable qualification.
You can demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in business controlling/business partnering.
You have a strong affinity for tools, ERP, and BI systems.
You can clearly present complex issues to decision-makers with your communication skills.
You have very good German and English skills at least at C1 level.
