The Eben-Hézer Foundation (FEH) supports people with intellectual disabilities or elderly people losing autonomy. Created in 1899 by Sister Julie Hofmann, this private institution now includes several establishments:
Eben-Hézer Lausanne (Lausanne) and the Cité du Genévrier (Saint-Légier) welcome more than 500 young adults and adults with intellectual disabilities.
The medico-social establishments of the Grand Age Pole (Vaudois Riviera) welcome more than 300 elderly people losing autonomy, for long and short stays, as well as temporary care and home support.

Infrastructure & Logistics Director at 80-100%
Your Missions
Lead, within the general management, the Infrastructure and Logistics areas: propose and drive the Foundation's strategy in this matter, collaborate in the preparation of investment budgets and ensure their monitoring and compliance.
Coordinate infrastructure-related projects and guarantee their completion (notably construction/renovation projects).
Ensure the proper functioning of infrastructures and logistics services, guarantee quality services to beneficiaries, employees, and visitors.
Manage the technical teams, housekeeping, and kitchens of the Foundation's different entities in coordination with the site management representatives.
You are

This strategic position is aimed at people with higher education in construction management (university, university of applied sciences, or federal diploma) complemented by additional training in management. Successful experience of at least 5 years in autonomous management of teams and projects related to the fields completes the expected background.
