Real Estate Accountant Residential and Commercial Properties 80-100% (m/f)
You will independently manage the property accounting for residential and commercial properties. This includes tasks such as accounts receivable and payable entry, monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements, and VAT returns, as well as preparing heating and operating cost statements, taking responsibility for bank reconciliations and accounts payable.
You impress with your high communication skills, your well-groomed appearance, your professional competence, and your service-oriented work ethic. You like to contribute actively and enjoy shared success.

It would be an advantage if you already have experience with Rimo R5 or Garaio REM.
