As a Junior Regional Manager Housekeeping (m/f), you are the important interface between our company and our hotel clients in the Zurich region. In this exciting dual role, you take on both the leadership and coordination of our housekeeping teams as well as the direct operational management on site. This way, you gain diverse experience, develop professionally and personally, and contribute decisively to ensuring our high-quality standards and continuously improving our service.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the leadership and coordination of the team, consisting of housekeeping managers, floor supervisors, and room attendants at several locations.
• Organising and monitoring cleaning processes in our hotel properties.
• Contributing to compliance with budget and contract requirements.
• Actively shaping and improving internal processes and quality standards.
• Responsibility for daily operational management on site in the housekeeping area.
• Ensuring smooth operations in daily business.
• Accompanying and supporting the onboarding of new employees.
• Conducting training sessions and briefings to promote the team.
• Supporting the recruitment of new employees.
• Deputising for housekeeping managers during absences.
• Quality control of guest rooms.

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in hospitality, cleaning, facility management, or comparable qualification is an advantage.
• Professional experience in the cleaning industry.
• Initial experience in staff leadership is desirable.
• Confident, well-groomed appearance and strong customer orientation.
• Motivated, proactive personality accustomed to working independently.
• Willingness to occasionally work weekends or during off-peak hours.
• Organisational talent, service awareness, and strong communication skills.
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English and other languages are an advantage.
• Driving licence category B.
• Good user knowledge of MS Office.
