Your tasks

- Responsibility for production and meal preparation.
- Customer-oriented production/work considering the latest nutritional physiological findings
- Ensuring and complying with all internal guidelines
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, with partial shifts on weekends
- Participation in the further development of dishes
- Co-supervision of interns and apprentices
- Cleaning tasks according to the cleaning plan
- Compliance with hygiene regulations

Your profile

- Professional experience in gastronomy
- Training as a cook EFZ
- Very good comprehension skills for the practical implementation of production lists
- Motivated, honest, team-oriented, and friendly personality with a sense of responsibility
- High resilience and flexible willingness to work, including on weekends.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
