Our beautiful and family-friendly pediatric practice in Zurich at Rigiplatz needs a team leader!

Are you a boss and enjoy leading the location and taking responsibility?

As head of the MPA team, you shape the practice processes and lead the team with heart and mind. You lead the assistance and the reception and actively participate!

This is what we expect from you:

• Either training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself
• Leadership experience in a similar position (L-MPA, MPK, branch management)
• A high level of responsibility, commitment, and quick comprehension
• Good PC skills

Your tasks will be:

• Leading the MPA team (approx. 4 employees) including recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluation
• Ensuring optimal assistance for the pediatricians
• Ensuring smooth practice processes and problem solving
• Ensuring administrative processes including performance control and billing
• Active participation in daily practice as a receptionist and MPA
