In this guest-oriented position, you are responsible for:
- Operational responsibility for the execution of events by leading a banqueting team
- Regularly conducting training sessions for your own team as well as for employees of third-party providers
- Creating duty rosters with Mirus 3.0
- Satisfying our demanding guests
- Adhering to and implementing prescribed work processes and operational procedures
- Ensuring quality control and hygiene standards
You bring with you
- Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or a degree from a hotel management school
- Professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphony
- Experience in upscale hotel operations
- Fluent German and English skills, any additional foreign language is a plus
- Sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and a pronounced quality awareness
- Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, enjoyment of staff leadership and a winning demeanour
