For our global headquarters in Pfäffikon/SZ, we are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for products. In this key role, you will develop the next generation of Condair Group products together with your project team. As a project manager, you take responsibility for the technical and economic implementation of projects – from the idea to market launch. You coordinate all project phases, plan milestones, monitor costs and quality. With your hands-on mentality, you are not deterred by technical details. Through clear communication, you keep internal and external stakeholders always up to date. As part of the product development leadership team, you actively shape processes and influence the further development of our product portfolio.
YOUR TASKS
- You take overall responsibility for project success – from idea to market entry – managing roadmap, costs, schedule, COGS, and risk management together with your project team
- Creation and maintenance of project plans, coordination of all phases, and ensuring clear backlog management
- Translating market requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with product management and development
- Leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams as well as stakeholder management at an international level and regular reporting to management
- Continuous improvement of processes and project execution
- Ensuring transparency, communication, and collaboration across all departments
WHAT YOU BRING
- Leadership qualities, commitment, and a strong identification with the products as well as the ability to motivate people to work towards common goals
- Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable education with further training in project management
- Several years of experience in leading interdisciplinary industrial projects with a focus on product development, process optimization, and international collaboration
- Initiative with the ability to independently prioritize and structure tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability in unpredictable challenges
- Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with agile methods as well as classical project management approaches
- Very good communication skills in German and English
