Your tasks
- You are the first contact person for the city of Lucerne for private support persons regarding questions about mandate management and accompany them in their activities.
- You recruit private support persons and conduct suitability interviews.
- You plan, organize, and conduct introductory courses and further training events.
- You prepare professional documentation and templates.
- You professionally, organizationally, and personally manage a commercial specialist clerk.
- With a workload of 20%, you personally manage adult protection mandates as a professional support person.
- You strategically and professionally develop the unit and ensure its sustainable further development.
Your profile
- You have a completed degree – ideally in social work. Through further training, you keep your knowledge up to date and continuously develop yourself.
- You have a CAS in mandate management in child and adult protection or are willing to acquire this further training.
- You independently, structured, and responsibly manage mandates in adult protection.
- You enjoy working with different people and accompany them purposefully. You plan and organize learning or information events appropriately for the target audience. You prepare content understandably, structured, and practice-oriented.
- You organize your work efficiently, clearly prioritize tasks, and keep an overview even in complex cases. You actively follow legal, social, and socio-political developments and incorporate them into your work.
- You apply your knowledge of social insurance law confidently and handle administrative as well as financial issues reliably and accurately.
