Location: WinterthurWorkload: 80-100%Tasks:You are responsible for a team handling 1st-3rd level support and process requests received through our ticket system.You ensure smooth operation through proactive system maintenance, monitoring (PRTG), maintenance as well as well-thought-out upgrade and update strategies.In the team, you ensure the operation, maintenance, and further development of our hybrid IT landscape (server, network, cloud, workplace).You create and maintain internal IT documentation.You contribute to the implementation of IT security and compliance policies.You coordinate external service providers and monitor the quality of the services provided.Your profile:Solid IT education (computer scientist FH, HF, federal FA, EFZ or equivalent education)Strong customer and service orientation, high innovation power, and a passion for good product qualityGood knowledge of Microsoft cloud services such as Office365, Intune, Defender is desiredStrong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with users and solving their IT problemsIndependent working style, solution orientation, and team spiritLanguage skills: fluent German in spoken and written, English is an advantage
