To strengthen our team, we are looking for a competent and experienced person by agreement for our Zurich-North branch as a Body Shop Service Advisor 100% (m/f).
Your tasks
- Consulting and supporting our customers and business partners from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
- Creating cost estimates, recording and processing workshop orders up to billing
- Processing damage reports, clarifications with insurance companies and experts
- Responsible for smooth warranty processing
- Initiating appropriate repair measures and monitoring deadlines
- Checking the completeness and quality of the work performed
- Assisting as a service advisor for the passenger car workshop
Your profile
- Completed basic training as a bodywork mechanic and, ideally, further training in the commercial field
- First experience in a similar role
- Good MS Office user skills as well as good English skills and additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, pleasant manners, and customer-oriented demeanor
- High commitment, teamwork, and flexibility
- Organizational talent, resilience, as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Experience with Mercedes-Benz is an advantage
